You’ll learn how to incorporate the art of tea in your service and work ethic, how using tea as a magical ingredient in your unique dishes, and tea pairing in your menu, can surprise and delight your customers as well as provide the special benefits of tea for their health.

You’ll attract new customers, build customer loyalty and grow your business.

In addition, I offer seminars on the theme ‘Mastering the art of tea as a way of life to transform your life’ and one-on-one coaching for mindful practice with tea, to develop a tea mind as a way of life.
